APRIL 24-26, 2023
When I have all these competing ideas in my head, I freeze.
You probably do it, too. We all do.
I’m afraid to make a move because it might be the wrong one. It might set me back instead of moving me forward.
I try to do them all at once!
Which is an even bigger shit show.
Dividing your attention and focus, leads to juggling a dozen things at once.
You’re constantly running back and forth trying to keep each thing moving ahead without letting the other eleven items wither and die.
Either way, your business makes no progress at all.
You end up repeating the same year over and over again. Never growing. Never getting off the tools. Never building a self-managing team. Never reaching the goals you set for yourself.
Mike has spent years researching the “DNA” of all companies. Within every business he discovered a Business Hierarchy of Needs — a specific sequence of things that must be done for a business to grow properly and permanently.

By his 35th birthday MIKE MICHALOWICZ (pronounced mi-‘kal-o-wits) had founded and sold two multi-million dollar companies.

Then he started all over again, driven to find better ways to grow healthy, strong companies. Mike has devoted his life to the research and delivery of innovative, impactful entrepreneurial strategies for you.

Refunds are not available for this event. But you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact help@thecontractorfight.com.
This event is for contractors in any industry who want to increase their leadership and strategic management skills, no matter where they're starting from. Contractors from all industries (roofing, landscaping, general contracting, electrical, hvac, painting, and more) will attend.
The entire event is "contractor casual." You'll fit right in at any function in jeans or shorts and a t-shirt or khakis and a button-down. (This includes the networking events.) Of course, you’ll want a swimsuit for the beach day!
